Title: Mixing Meds?
Post by navymech on Jul 14th, 2006, 9:40pm
Anyone know about mixing Fiorinal and Imitrex? I mixed Fiornal, Imitrex, and Midrin last night cause the Fiornal and Midrin were not working for the demon inside my head so I took an Imitrex injection and it made me feel really shaky and sick to my stomache until I finally vomited. I have stopped taking the Midrin cause it wasnt working and My doc put me on some Imitrex tabs cause my navy insurance is shitty, but I digress so anything anyone can tell would be really cool, thanx bros and lots of pain free days and nights!

There is no problem mixing Fiorinal and Imitrex.  However I would be concerned about mixing Imitrex and Midrin!  I really don't think this is safe to take within 24 hours of eachother.  Please talk to your pharmacist about the contradictions of these two meds and be careful.  If I am correct it can cause you to have a heart attack if taken together.
