Hi all,
Just a quick note about another "alternative treatment" that I recently did. Shrooms work for me. It has been almost two years since I dosed with a little tea. I started getting awakened during the night or early morning hours with little headaches that I stopped with coffee. The wife suggested I dose with shrooms that had worked well in the past, but I wasn't sure my stash would still be potent enough to work. I dried and froze them almost three years ago. Well....they worked just fine. A few hours of strange thoughts, then a nap and I feel much better. I am still surprised that the shrooms were still good after all these years. I must have done a good job of packing them. I am not surprised that they worked for the headaches. It has worked well in the past and I expect it to work well in the future. Before I first used them, I would have at least one headache per day and used a bunch of Maxalt and other stuff. Since I started the alternative treatment, I have used no meds at all. I've been reading about shrooms and other hallucinogens lately, but where do you get them? The last time I did anything like that was 30 plus years ago, but for other reasons. Aren't they still illegal? Of course they are, people still get busted, unfortunately.
If you take them, how do you function at work, home, etc?

Rocklobster -

Mushrooms - you will have to grow your own. Spores are legal to poessess in most places, but growing and eating psilocybin mushrooms is illegal. Even for headaches. LSA seeds can be purchased and grown legally, but it's illegal to extract the LSA or eat the seeds. Even for headaches.

It's not necessary to get real high to have this treatment relieve clusters - about as high as one would get on two or three beers. For some not even that much And you don't need many doses - doses are taken five to seven days apart and many using this treatrment set aside a weekend afternoon or evening to take their medicine.

This is not a medication you have to take three times a day and try to go to work....One a week's enough, and some folks can break a cycle in two or three weeks, tho others take longer.
