I have been using 6MG to 12MG of Melotonin to help establish a good sleep cycle with some success.

Today my doctor gave me Rozerem to try.

Has anyone else used Rozerem and if so with what of success?

Seems to be working pretty good, better than Metlatonin, and does not have the risk associated with other sleep aids.

It's not so strong that if you are are awakened by the beast you still will have enough sense to deal with the situation, well, that is if the beast does not get you first.
