It hooks up just like any mask......just plug the tube into the nipple

Yeah the mouthpiece adapter is key. Ask Randy how I called him flipping out because I couldn't figure out what I'd messed up in putting it together. ;)

Works great...but during an attack isn't a good time to figure out how to use it - take it from me ;)
