Here is a link for cold packs. These are great because you can stick them in anywhere and have instant cold.

These just work better than frozen peas when you are in a car of office. No leakage either.

That's a great idea! Can't tell you how many times I've passed on going somewhere cause I knew I was going to be iceless!

I've seen them in first aid kits before and never really thought of carrying those around during a cycle.
