Title: Re: Question for those that have used RC seeds Post by nani on Feb 3rd, 2006, 11:36pm Well, even though I rarely got (get) hit at night, I did have insomnia pretty often. I either couldn't fall asleep or couldn't stay asleep. I can honestly say that since I started busting over 6 months ago, I've probably only had about 3 sleepless nights. In total. I'm getting lots more sleep. :) edited for spelling. twice. :-/ |

Yes... I no longer wake up at 1am, 3am and 5am with Kip 6-8's. I now enjoy a good night's sleep every night. Also, I can enjoy a brief nap in the afternoon. BB ;) |

Title: Re: Question for those that have used RC seeds Post by MJ on Feb 4th, 2006, 3:44pm Roxy Yes there were some significant differences. While dosing "initially" I slept much deeper than normal, I was more tired than normal and I stayed up much later than normal. It seemed like I got better sleep in short spurts (1/2-1 hrs) than I would get on a standard non cycle 6 hour sleep. I also found it necessary to take naps to alleviate extreme exhaustion, but that may have been just normal CH issues. Awoke with pain. Eventually while taking maintenance doses for longer periods of time, I would get to a point of an allmost narcoleptic state, that is the point I now know that the RC seeds are doing the job for me and I taper off. Now the last few weeks I sleep through the whole night 89% of the time. without dosing. WHY? Are the seeds having good or adverse or no effects for you?? MJ |

Title: Re: Question for those that have used RC seeds Post by LeeS on Feb 7th, 2006, 11:37am Yes Roxy. Possibly an increase in REM sleep time - certainly more dreaming anyway, or possibly a greater increase in dream recall (?). I also sometimes wake up with autonomic symptoms without the pain; the so called 'silent' or 'phantom' attacks, and not necessarilly at the times when I would normally expect a night time hit. Apart from that, sleep is great :) -Lee |

Title: Re: Question for those that have used RC seeds Post by ArCane on Feb 8th, 2006, 1:53pm It doesnt effect my sleep pattern whatsoever. However after dosing and the "buzz" wares off I do feel like going to bed, no matter what time of day it is. |

Title: Re: Question for those that have used RC seeds Post by Rock_Lobster on Feb 9th, 2006, 1:04am My nighttime sleep pattern seems to be about the same. Any time I have to wake up is too early. But now that you mention it... come siesta time (1pm-2pm) I find myself dozing at my workstation. I often go sit on the couch and 'rest my eyes' for an hour or so. That is something that happened rarely prior to RC. |
