It's 1400 feet to the ground but it's only the roof that you can see under you. Try the Big Shot (or something like that) at the Strat. It's one of those rides that shoots you straight up a tower and you free fall back down. It's been called the the most frieghtening ride anywhere. Oh, yeah, it's also on the top of the Strat. The ride starts and ends a hundred stories off the ground. |

Of course one of the advantages of dry heat is you get a brand new set of lips in about 3 days. ::) I've been to Vegas at all times of the year and remember walking the strip in 110 deg. heat, was soaked by the time I got back to the hotel.
