To drink or not to drink, smoke or not to smoke, when to use our imitrex, when to grab the o2 mask...Hey after more than 20 years of these beasts (NOT CHRONIC) episodic sufferer, after many tries on steroids, verapamil, anti depressents, blood press meds, it ultimately was a realization that imitrex nasal or injections were my best choice for PAIN RELIEF, but I had the understanding that ABORTING these with present day medical technology of CLUSTERS, wasnt in my near future..But FROVA came about I had Pretty good luck with it, and a few followup headches, which required imitex the old STAND BY...But I think for me at least, it the most promising help out there to date..

I've learned to stay progressive toward CH care thanks to this board. Thanks for sharing.

Hope you have lots of pf days.

It would be wonderful if the same thing worked for all. I too, had good luck with the Frova. For some here....it didn't phase the CH.
