I'm finally back after not touching the puter for a few months. I collapsed one night about 4 months ago, and my wife called 911. When i arrived at the hospital they could not arouse me at all from what seemed to be a very deep sleep. To make a long story short, come to find out on top of having sleep apnea, i also had Hypoxsemia (not enough 02 in the blood stream). Well they put me on 02 constantly at the rate of 2 lpm. Now it is hard to get 02 to help me with my CH's, and I'm getting hit harder now than ever before, and I'm chronic at that. I use my non rebreathable mask when i get hit and put it at 15 LPM cause thats as high as my regulator will go. If anybody has any suggestions PLEASE let me know!

:(...wow sorry you suffer not only CH but oxygen deficiency and a sleep disorder, sorry have no advice to offer....just wanted to say hi and look forward to getting to know you.

Yeah Mast, I have tried the Lith. but not enough help from it to put up with the side effects.

I believe it was Marty who came up with the idea to chill the o2 when it stopped working for him. He got a long hose and put it in milk container coiled up and filled it with water and froze it. This chills the o2 which make it work better for some. I believe the post is in medications some where.

Actually, It was Kip that came up with cool 02 more than three years ago, I think we have heard the name Kip as in "Kip scale"

Welcome home Mikey :)

Damn, you opened my eyes with your post. After my cardiac testing they told me that I was producing Oxygen poor blood, I just shrugged it off and didn't think much of it. Perhaps I should pay a little more attention to that!

I'm glad you are ok, but sorry to hear of your dilemma. Hopefully you will find your magic combination and will be feeling better soon with the CH's.

Cat, you better pay attention to what your body tells ya.

And Jonny you're right, WELL familiar with the "Kip scale"
