;D....Hi friends thought I'd give you an update on wes....as some of you know I've been away for the past week and have just come home...Wes is now back home and feels okay, he has been sent home with some leaflets about do's and dont's after a Heart Attack....

The leaflet had me laughing I won't copy it all I'll pick out the core subjects...LOL

Resuming Sexual Activity After A Heart Attack...

Two weeks after discharge from hospital... ??? he discharge himself...so I guess a month should do it...lol

If during sex you experience angina....nitroglycerin may help, if not call your doctor....excellent, my doctor is young and horny...lol ;)

Is sexual intercourse a strain on the heart? Should I stop?
NO....however Illicit affairs can be more stressful, they use up more energy, they are best avoided....DAMN!!!!

Which position is the safest...??

Normal routine and positions....hmmmmm
Oral sex is safe and causes no added strain....Say's who...???

However anal sex should be avoided....as this can cause the heart to slow down and beat irregularyly...THANK GOD FOR THAT....think that would give ME a heart attack...lol ;D

When should you avoid sex...??

After a heavy meal...well thats okay cos we eat at 6pm and the kids don't go to bed till 9pm...

Illicit affairs...these put a strain on the heart and should be avoided INITIALLY...hmmmm

Breathlessness, palpitations....this should be reported to the doctor....what??? isn't that normal...

Wes had to then explain that the leaftlet refered to him not me....OH....lol

So Wes has said he'll get rid of the Web Cam, dump all his girlfriends and think of England....lol

So you'll be pleased to know he's hopefully on the road to recovery now....

I hasten to add, when I got home tonight ...I said, lets wait till you feel better...his reply was, Cath Im better NOW....so nite nite.... ;)

Glad to hear Wes is doing good, becareful of the nitro.....from what I have read they use nitro to induce a CH in CH studies.

2Late- spoken just like a man!! It's okay, though, I'm a self- confessed AURAL girl myself.....ummmm, that's a bit different from oral.....kinda like, well, sheesh! Now I'm embarrassed! It's ummm, well, you'd be doing it in an ear! Euuwwwww!!!
Cath, just go for the gusto, anything to take care of your recovering husband, put your needs aside ;) ;)- give him that good medicine......vitamin L, and all that!
