Title: Seven days Post by Jarvis on Mar 6th, 2003, 9:55am "Seven days. No pain". After 6 long months I can say this. . Like every body else may do I am analyzing every feeling in my head. Checking it twice, wondering if I need to run for cover or not, hoping and believing thats it, telling myself I'm never gonna go through that again. Peeking around the walls I set up to protect myself, wondering if I dare to open the door to the reality of normality. Realizing the so many things I avoided the past few months cause I might be attacked or was. ... . A new challenge has arisen. No longer is it just survival but it is time to get back to living with gusto. . So many thoughts and possibilities are returning that I forget to see during CH times. No longer do I have a crutch. I got a motor and I,m ready to go. .... . Life looks like a piece of cake again and I'm gonna grab a big chunk with extra frosting and then go for seconds. Just hope I wont have to eat my words at the same time. .........Hows everyone else doing? ......mj... |

Title: Re: Seven days Post by JDH on Mar 6th, 2003, 11:24am That's great news Jarvis! Ain't life grand when you're pf? I'm in my 2nd pf week after my longest cycle to date (didn't think it would ever leave this time). It sure gives you a whole new outlook on life when you don't have the beast to deal with on a daily basis. Good luck to you, Jim |
