;)I have been looking for you for two days now. Thank you for answering. I have ECH, I understand you have CCH. I feel like Lithium is for the crazy, but then again who of us can't use a little bit right. I took my first dose today and well see. I did get a headache but it ONLY (lol) lasted an hour and it wasn't as bad as it could of been. SO what about these shrooms? I had a little bit that someone gave me and I took it and it put the Headache off for 5 days, do you think if I had more it might of put them off longer? Once they come there is no stopping them so I was happy for 5 days. But here we go again. Thanks for listening. I will let you know how the Lithium works. fingers crossed.

Eileen,

You need to give the Lithium 7-10 days to get into your system.
