Well 4 painfree days and the dame things are back . This is going on for 3 years, am chronic and am really getting down about it. Not that I'm going to something stupid, but you would think someone would have a study on chronics, seems like that aday or two and the devil builds up immunity to meds, seems like my case.
Nothing seems to work for long. :'( :'( :'(

jonny's hit it right on the nose. You have to just grin and bear it. I'm envious that you are having 4 days PF....it' been a long time since I've gone 4 day without.

Do something to relive the stress....I set up a punching bag in my barn. I strap on gloves every now and then, and pound away....tried it on my kids, but they seemed to object....kept hearing mutterings of child welfare and stuff ;).

PS: We hung up the punching bag in the gargage. It's old fashioned, chilly and not what ya'd expect for exercise. Gotta tell ya I love punching and kicking that bag!!!!!!

It does help. Get moving and don't give in :)

don't think we have met yet..
sorry to hear your hurting and 3 yrs sucks! i'm only at day 593 this cycle without a pfd. i've been counting in pfh's and lately pfm's but thank god my last break lasted almost 7yrs!!!

yours will come too! hopefully soon!! :-/

jonny, i think your becoming a role model for me.

Jonny, at the beginning of yr. “cluster story” were you episodic?
Or did you became chronic with the years?

I think you are very brave to bear 27 yrs. of CH!
