Jackie has a grandson named William Taylor. He was born sometime last night. I hear Jackie is sleeping in this morning after a long night.

Jackie I am so happy for you. There is nothing like a Grandbaby !!!!! You will have such fun.

I am happy for you Jackie. I will call you tomorrow, I got my keys back today headed to my moms and getting my nails done today.

I love you my friend enjoy that baby and hope he brings you as much happiness as JD has brought me.

Thank you all so much for the congratulations and well wishes.. :D

Wow, what an experience!!! I was right there for the whole deal. I watched that little darling "pop" into the world. My son didn't think he wanted to cut the cord so the doctor offered the scissors to "Grammy Jacks".....of course I wanted to do the honors... :D Everything was going great and then Sue homorrhaged...no pulse or BP. We thought we were going to lose her and almost did. All is well now.... :) Baby Taylor had to go in the "cooker" for a few hours to bring his temp. up but he's fine now too. Oh, he's 7lbs. 5 oz. and has a head of black hair (guess I can't pass this blonde hair on to my sons or grandson... :() and of course, he's beautiful.... ;D Uncle Troy is gonna teach him to play golf, Pappy Blake is gonna teach him how to fish and Grammy Jacks is gonna teach him to shoot shotguns... :)

You know, life if really something......less than two years ago I was in a hospital with my Daddy. I held his hand, hugged him, talked to him and saw/felt his life slip away. Wednesday night I was with my daughter in law and son....again holding hands and hugging....and saw my grandson slip into this world. That's really heavy/emotional stuff for one old broad...it's called life....the beginning and the end.....God's work.

Wow! Jackie Congratulations to you and Blake and of course the happy new parents!

It sounds like an amazing experience and you were so lucky to be there - glad Sue is Ok now. :)

Grammy??? Hm... doesn't quite fit the image ;D
BUT damn, congratulations to the new Grammy and Gramps!! :D

Congrats Jackie!!! I'm impressed.....actually I can't really picture it! LOL Apparently being a grandma is great, you get to spoil the child rotten, and then send him home! Can't beat that!
