hi gang..........i cannot get into the nueoro til next monday i went back to the family dr w/ everything i printed out and the quiz........he was such a GOOBER ;D, he kept telling me w/out looking at the papers and all my knowledge lol....and just nodding when i explained again im like a broken record ...then he has the guts to say it sounds like a classic migraine ..now im getting pissed ...i said please just read the stuff i have here all the symptoms are me to a T...i had it and told him am leaving ........ugggggggggg im so aggravated .....i cannot say it enough i LOVE this site and the people i have met have been awesome

Time to find a new dr. When they don't listen to ya its time to move on.

Karla,
The best advice I can give you is find a neuro who has treated cluster headaches and not just migraines.

I made the mistake of seeing one who specialized in Migraine but only treated cluster 3-4 times.

Last season I was in h_ll. This year I have 60-70% control over the demon with a significant reduction in pian with treatment from a neuro who works with clusters as a significant amount of his caseload.
