I spoke with Elaine this morning. She has been through many tests in the past few days and now some results are coming in. They found that her thyroid is unbalanced. She will know more about that next week but they did tell her that they feel this thyroid condition is the cause of her recent problems....YES!!!!!!! :D
She will be starting some medication today to help get this under control and should feel much better very quickly!!!

She also told me how wonderful the flowers were and how perfect the timing was on the delivery.......Thank you all :)

On another note......I didn't take my laptop to Florida last week....Talk about 'jonesin' :P I missed this bunch something terrible!!

The short time I was able to spend with Donna was lovely. She is a grand lady. You all will find out for yourselves at the convention.

Wonderful news Jacks......thanks for sharing this with the group :)

I talked to Elaine a few days ago and she said she wasn't throwing in the towel yet. She just needed some down time and to get the fog out of her head. She did say that her cancer had a great response to the current chemo and that she was feeling positive with those results.

I told her I expected her to be riding to SC with me and Barb towards the end of April for a gathering.......without fail !!!!!! ;D

I'll give E your best wishes when we speak again. Keeping the calls at a minimum is a good idea for now but I bet our E will be back to herself before long.. :D

I forgot to mention this in my first post....Blake hasn't had a full blown CH for two (2) weeks!!!!!!!! :D He's still on all the prevent meds. (including prednisone >:()
but at this stage of the game I don't give a s*it... ;D...he's better!!!!!!!!! Also......Excedrine Migraine is knocking the shadows out...go figure ???

Good for you!!! A short trip would be good medicine for our E :D
If she gives you any sass, let me know. I threatened to go to Georgia and give her a whippin' yesterday.... ;)
