I don't now how many of you remember Elaines little angel Garrett. Clark and I sponsored them this year for christmas, sent gifts for the family and the kids.

Elaine posted about him several times, and asked that if anyone wanted to give her a xmas gift, to send a gift to Garrett.

She posted awhile back about his story and several of us here donated for Garrett.

I'm in tears as I post this. Garrett, 4 years old, passed away from a brain tumor on Jan. 31st.

Please, I'm asking from on mother to another, from one family member to another, and for Johnnie Angel (Elaine), Please can we flood Garrett's family with cards.

When my dad died, those cards and letters meant so very much. Also, I know alot of us are cash handicapped, but the family has a large medical bill to pay. We can't bring back their child, but maybe we can ease some of their burden.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, and I'm sure this has effected Elaine terribly, she loved him so much.

I had to sing on and tell you, Thanks cat!
I found out last night and have not stopped crying. I don't know what Gods plans are, why Garrett and not me. I don't know don't understand.
He believed in God and he belived in Angels. Heavens gain and the worlds lost.
Thank each of you for helping me give Garrett some happiness when he was here on earth.

our consolation has to be that Garrett is at peace and pain free now. We can't argue with God's plan.

Know Garrett was a close friend of Elaine,so my thoughts and prayers to Garretts family and to Elaine.

So very heartbreaking...to lose a child has to be the worst thing in the world...my prayers are with the family and Elaine and Cat for losing a little angel...smiles,nancyc

It hurts to read of someone so young having their life cut so short. Sometimes it;s difficult to understand His plan.
