Thanks for the update cb- couple of questions. Are you episodic or chronic? How far into your cycle were you when you started? How long do your cycles normally last?
Whatever you were using "seems" to be having a positive effect, but its hard to tell without other info.
Thanks again. I don't know if I am brave enough to do what you've done. You've earned my deepest respect.

cbolony,
Did they have you take the Civamide only for  that one week?
It's been about a month now since I finished the study and I'm still getting hit nightly. The day the study ended the Dr started me on 60 mg Pred, o2 and 240mg Verapamil (which he has since doubled).
Hope you get to keep adding those no's to your chart.
PFDAN's to you.

JDH sorry that you are still getting hit.I took the Civamide or the placebo for one week twice a day. When
I get ch I let it run 15-20 mins to see the pain level
whice they want to know mild, moderate, severe and then I take a imitrex injection. Those 15-20 mins felt like
hours as I watch the clock.I will try to find out when the study is over if I had the Civamide or placebo
