Get a program to capture audio off the net?

Most sites you can listen but not D/L, there must be some way to record this shit as it comes through your system.

Sound recorder would make a 3 MB song like 15 MB's (I think)

Anyone?........Com'on, help a brotha out!!!

I haven't used it but I just found one http://download.com.com/3000-2170-9404618.html?legacy=cnet that is for windows. It's shareware, but comes with a trial version (record time limited).

A bud has used one for the mac (I think called BeaverX :) )

funny you should mention it... I got a shitload of multimedia software here....what exactly are you wanting to do?
I dload mostly from newsgroups and I use a free one called Agent and it supplies me with most of my needs as well as getting tv shows and music etc. If you tell me what specifically you are trying to do I could help better.
