Send your wife's, husband's, mother's, sister's, brother's......whatever.    ;D

What would really be interesting is if some of the ch'ers from other countries could send some of their different recipes.   Make it kinda international.

Hi there Roxy
I sent two separate lots of recipes to your  MSN address.
Did you receive them?
I have some more here, but won't send them 'til I know you got the others. There were around 15 - 20 recipes.
Please let me know ASAP cos I'm off to work tomorrow.
Do you guys use grams or ounces? Fahrenheit or Celcius?
Margi and Rox - what you're talking about are called mountain oysters here - from  s h e e p. Never tried them and probably never will! But I'm mostly vegetarian anyway! Thank goodness for beans, I reckon!
Maybe you could send me another address if MSN's giving you grief?

A...

She said 'any' recipes.   Vegan counts I think someone asked about that before.

Besides since you're in charge of the cooking ( ;) ), i'm sure its good.

Coffee Cake Ring or Monkey Bread Recipe

This is a good one if you 1) Don't cook and want people to think you do 2) Have to have something for a bake sale on short notice, or have company coming 3) Are in cycle and would normally be dangerous in the kitchen.

It's easy, it's pretty, and it taste great (like gooey cinnamon rolls).

Items Needed

12-18 FROZEN BREAD ROLLS (Come in a bag of 36)

˝ CUP GRANULATED WHITE SUGAR

˝ CUP DARK BROWN SUGAR

1 ˝ TEASPOONS CINNAMON

1 PACKAGE OF JELLO BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING MIX
(COOK AND SERVE, NOT INSTANT, do not prepare!)

1 STICK OF BUTTER

˝ CUP NUTS (PECANS OR WALNUTS, optional)

This is a quick and easy item to make, especially since most of the items are usually on hand in the house. It is also great for company, because you make it the night before.

Instructions:

Spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pan with the frozen rolls (do not thaw), usually 12-18, depending on the size of your pan. It will rise significantly, so usually one layer of rolls, with a few extras thrown in for good measure is plenty. Mix the cinnamon and the white sugar together, pour over rolls. Layer brown sugar over the white sugar. Layer the entire package of dry, unprepared, butterscotch pudding evenly over the sugar layer. Add chopped nuts. Cut the stick of butter into pats and distribute evenly over top as the last layer. DO NOT MIX.  Cover pan with clean dishtowel and let rise in warm, draft free place overnight (Usually about 8-10 hours.) The bread dough will thaw, and the rolls will usually double-triple in size depending on how warm your kitchen is. Bake the next morning at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

I place a cookie sheet under my bundt pan because sometimes the butter syrup melts over in the oven. The layers will melt together and form a sweet syrup. When done, remove from oven and let sit for five minutes. Invert bundt pan on a serving plate and allow to rest for a few moments so that syrup can cover the bread. Remove bundt pan and serve immediately. Can be reheated in the microwave. You can also add dried cherries, cranberries or raisins before baking if you like to experiment.
