I am a ch sufferer for more than 18 years, went to see a neurologist about 14 years ago, put wires on my head could not find anything, so he said lucky me that the pain is over in about 40 minutes and that I dont have to suffer from migraine ! 4 years ago another one said its CH but no medication apart from normal headache pills , so imitrax and all these things sound interesting to me !
Found out what starts my cycles , its stress over a period of time but also found out whats ending it: Went to see a lady thats doing chinese toe massages ( no idea if this is correct english) and she is able to release this blockade ( as she calls it ).But talking to people like u is just heaven .. Sorry about my english....

Much like you I have found that my cycles have something to do with extended periods of stress, not normal stress, but added stress, lack of sleep, etc.

Do try the abortives Imitrex?Imigran or whatever it's called in Austria. Try Oxygen, I'm a convert. I couldn't believe it would actually work. Got my firts tank last night, boy was I happy that it actually worked for me.

Anyway try the cycle "enders", Prednisone, Verapamil, etc.
