Oddly enough....yes. I am not sure if the Dutch invented female urinals, but they do exist. I used to sell industrial waterworks (plumbing fixtures) and learned of them then. There is actually a building here in Knoxville TN at the Fairgrounds called "The Jacob Building" which still has working female urinals......in the MENS room. I learned this from a plumbing "mentor" I had. They resemble oversized toilet bowls, which you straddle to use....I have attached a picture of one very similiar....

As reported, there is less spillage since the lowly fly was introduced.
