Hello all,

I just wanted to tell you all how much I have appreciated all of the time you all have taken to read and respond to all of my posts. You have all helped me so much! I plan to take every bit of advice that you all have given me. I have already tried some of your suggestions.

As of now, I still have not had a hit. When I first posted, I was experiencing eye twitches, tearing and shadows. I have not had even that since Saturday! I think I may have won this battle! Reading all of your posts has helped me get through the fear of my CH. The way that you all deal with them, one at a time, has helped me see that that's all you can do. Thank you for that!

I know that I am not through with this monster. He will return, I know. I am just so glad that I have friends to help me when he does. I hope that someday I will be able to help someone here, presently or in the future, as you all have helped me.

A change in mindset is all it takes to turn fear into positive action. It's all in how you think about it. 8)
