Hi,

I found this site through my father, Vietvet2tours. I've been episodic for over 4 years, usually anywhere from May-November. The heat, and brightness of the sun really set me off.I found out I'm pregnant and I've sadly been shadowing for a few weeks now, and I'm so scared that I'll have my clusters while I'm farther into my pregnancy.

I just wanted to introduce myself.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm sorry to hear about the shadows though, hopefully they go away the further along you get, but there are coping stratagies out there. I'm sure some of the women on here who get hit while pregnant will be along to give you any advice or to answer questions you may have.

Welcome to the board! Your old man has been ruthlessly stalking me to get me to try this mexican restaurant down my way, one he discovered while in the service!

Your dad's a grumpy old cuss, ;;D here's hoping you're the cheerful one in the family. ;)My girls are 23 and 21, still holding my breath they don't get this damned curse. You're fortunate, (if there is such a description for the beast!) to have a dad who has already paved the road for you. He's a wealth of knowledge. Good luck with the pregnancy!!

I'm so sorry that you have ch, but I'm glad that you found your way here. And many congratulations on the pregnancy! :)

By the way, I can relate to what you wrote about the brightness of the sun; the Finnish winter-time sun is very bright and it has caused me shadows on many occasions.

Sorry you have to deal with this horror.

One thing: There is a very good chance that sometime during your pregnancy, the headaches will cease. We've seen it many times.
