If we ever end up in Madison, we'll have to check the place out--especially Ellen. She's an inveterate and happy carnivore, an adventurous eater, and she would love it.

Just do a google search for a brazilian steakhouse in your neck of the woods, chances are there is something similar near you. ;)

Well I'm sure hungry now! ;;D We are putting the steaks on the grill in a few minutes, but damn that looks soooo good!
