The little guy wants to help me play I think. He may be more of a drummer. He likes to pound on everything.

Aidan is his name and he's now 9 months old.

Aidan is adorable.  Looks like you have a future musician on your hands.

They say music runs in the blood so... he may just turn out to be a guitar player. ;-)

He appears to be checking out the wire height so he can make a bridge adjustment  ;) ;)
Buy him some sticks & a practice pad !!!

C'mon Brew you know what they call that guy who always shows up with the band, is at every gig they play, shows up on all the album covers but knows nothing about music? Yeah, the drummer.

(As Joe the guitarist ducks and runs away in a serpentine fashion while staying low!!)

PS: the sooner a child puts their hands on ANY musical instrument, the better! ;)

That's why God invented pots and pans! It's how I got my start!

Heard em all Joe.

Like these:

What is the difference between a drummer and a savings bond?
One will mature and make money.

What's the last thing the band wants to hear the drummer say?
"Hey guys, wanna try one of my songs?"

Brew, you will like this one:
Why do bands have bass players?
To translate for the drummer.

What do you call someone who hangs around with musicians?
A drummer.

What's the difference between a large pizza and a drummer?
The pizza can feed a family of four.

Allow them the joy of music and dance while they're little and mathematics will come to them naturally as they get older.
