...to a comedy show for charity. One of my customers is putting on a fundrasing show and work has given me two tickets to go. You know, good will networking opportunity. Show our company support.

But I have no one to take, and it's on a Thursday night.

So, anyone have any ideas what so ever as to what to do?

These are $40/piece tickets, and I DO have to go.

edit: excuse me $50/per ticket.

If airlines hadn't just jacked up ticket prices again I'd be booking the flight right now to jin you! ;)

ok, here's an idea. Buy a few stained glass tiles, smash them up and give them to Mosaicwench. Then, offer to take Bill out so you can get him out of her hair so she can make something beautiful.

Thats the day AFTER the event Paul but I appreciate the offer to be my escort anyway. :P

Actually I solved the issue. Since one of the reporters here is assigned to the customer to cover any goings on from the news side of things, I decided to ask her if she would care to go and we can BOTH network and "hobb-nobb" with the elite of the Stevens Point Area Business folk.

She and I both work with the youth on the OUR VOICE staff, which is in conjuction with this charity Org. Boy's and Girls Club. It'll be a good thing business wise, as well as a fun evening.
