:) :) :)We have exciting news at our house. Our daughter, Megan, got engaged today. No date yet, kind of exciting.! Lee is already complaining about how much it is going to cost.......... :)

Congratulations to both the mother AND father of the bride!!

She can have a lovely wedding without breaking the Schultz bank - just be creative and shop for bargains.

Can she (will she?) wear your wedding dress? I wore my mom's and I was thrilled I could both pay homage to her and save all that money!

Keep emphasizing the marriage is much more important than the wedding!

And enjoy this great time with your daughter!

I am not sure about the wedding dress, I am going to ask her, although she is taller than me. I think that would be very special, if she chooses to do that, we will see.

If Lee is worried about costs, have him call me. ;) Weddings can be done for a lot less than most people think.

Congratulations! I hope they will be at least half as happy as Linda and I have been. If so they will be blessed indeed.
