One of our own is having a serious procedure today which I know they will let you know of if they want to. They're scared, I'm scared - I'm worried sick and I'm tearful. This is someone we all know and love dearly and they need us more than ever now even if they can't ask themselves.

I hate being vague and asking for help for a non specific purpose and you know I wouldn't if I didn't really feel strongly about this. I can hardly see through tears I'm trying not to let fall.

To our friend, you know who you are, and you know how loved you are. We need you and we need you fit and whole and healthy so think of today as a step in that direction. You will be fine, you have the support and love of all of us here and I want you to think of that because we will ALL be with you every bloody step of the way.

And just in case you think of faltering in your stride think on this.. If I catch up to you you'll be able to hear me singing and you wouldn't want that now would you?! ;)

lots of love, strength and positive thoughts coming at you and a couple of extra vibes for George Clooney lookalike doctors (they're actually for me for when I come to visit bearing grapes! LOL)
