I don't think you are at all!!  You're wonderful, compassionate, and kind - with a huge heart.  Melodramatic is not you...!

by definition:
Melodramas can also be distinguished from tragedy by the fact that they are open to having a happy ending....

if I can have a happy ending to things I don't care to be melodramatic  ;)...

but you are a sweet lady Lizzie  :-* and we all love you....

                               Hugs

I have no idea, but I just spent five minutes wondering what melodramic is exactly.   Is it like going through life as if there were poignant background music playing?   I can't get my mind around it.  Oh well.

. melodramatic - characteristic of acting or a stage performance; often affected; "histrionic gestures"; "an attitude of melodramatic despair"; "a theatrical pose"
histrionic

Ok.  Theatrical pose.  In that case I would only hold it against someone if it was unauthentic, kinda like bad acting.  But true authentic-feelings melodrama, now that's a beautiful thing.

For simplicity sake John,  it means that one is being a drama queen.

I don't know what this thread is all about, I must have missed something, but congratulations on losing all that weight.

As a cuddly person myself I can really appricate how much work and effort that has taken you .  May I ask how long it has taken - you do not have to answer that if its too personal.

Well done again a real achivement for you.
