Title: Spring has Sprung this Sunday Post by mummymac on Apr 13th, 2008, 2:05pm It was a glorious day today , the sun was shinning , people came out of hiding and even saw few having BBQ's out and about. So a couple of pics to share of Sunny Jersey but it did turn to rain by the time we got home Rob showing us how to skim stones, I manage two bounces http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn90/mummymac2/IMG_1648.jpg?t=1208109084 Kirsty's first paddle of the year http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn90/mummymac2/IMG_1677.jpg?t=1208109163 Sir Walter Raligh saved this castle from being demolished http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn90/mummymac2/IMG_1759.jpg?t=1208109472 The air was so clear , Normandy, France shows up really well, if you look closely you can even see the wind turbines on the hill , http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn90/mummymac2/IMG_1734.jpg?t=1208109215 http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn90/mummymac2/IMG_1768.jpg?t=1208109537 http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn90/mummymac2/IMG_1732.jpg?t=1208109633 http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn90/mummymac2/IMG_1745.jpg?t=1208109680 Hope you all have had or will have a great Sunday |

Title: Re: Spring has Sprung this Sunday Post by cynjeep89 on Apr 13th, 2008, 2:40pm Nice pics!! The sights, sounds and smells of Spring are all around this neck of the woods, too. Flowers are blooming, neighbors are cursing up a storm at their lawnmowers that won't start and the BBQ grills are sending the wonderful smell of all kinds of goodies thru the air. |

Title: Re: Spring has Sprung this Sunday Post by Charlie on Apr 13th, 2008, 6:59pm You southerners! Great pictures. I'm jealous. Over here today, it was only a few degrees above freezing with a rain and snow mix. Really sloppy. Charlie |

Title: Re: Spring has Sprung this Sunday Post by mummymac on Apr 14th, 2008, 3:33am Hey Charlie Not really southerners, we sit at 49degrees Latitude and 11degrees Longitude , from what I can make out that puts us roughly on the same lines as Vanover a tiddly bit further north than you. May be its just Gods country (Island) Have a good day wrapped up in your woolies, I came to work in open toed strappy shoes, so they could breathe in this balmy air Happy Monday to you all |
