After trying on about 65 dresses, I finally chose one.

Well, I say I chose it. I didn't. I tried on the ones I liked. I let my sister choose one that she liked too, which I was about to buy when the woman in the shop decided she had one that she'd like me to try on one that she that would look good.

Didn't like the look of it, put it on and sure enough, it was 'the dress'.

I'm not a 65lb twig like the girl in this dress, so it is a little curvier on me and I have it in ivory, not white.

What do you think?

It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! :) :) :) :)  Don't know if it's a Vera Wang but sure looks like one..... :) :) :) :)

Can't wait.....when is the wedding?  Really looking forward to seeing the pictures..... :)

Emily that is stunning, I really love it. What will your bridesmaids dresses be like or haven't you got that far?! What about flowers? I love hearing all these details, it's so much fun!

Oh yes. My wedding motto is 'no stress' and so far it hasn't been. Lots of people have laughed when I've said this, but it's all about having a good time on the day, NOT whether my colous scheme matches the cake surely?

Ok, my mother and MIL are being pains in the rear ends, but that's to be expected, right?

I'm getting married on March 6th next year and my bridesmaids and flowers are sorted.

Bridesmaids are wearing black (whatever they want - I'm not making them all dress the same!). I'll dig out a pic of the flowers now for you to see.

OMG stunning. I love simplicity. And if you have curves all the better. Real women have hips lol. I like my curves. The flowers are perfect too. Really nice taste.

That dress is stunning, I am sure you will be beautiful in in.  I love the bridge to the church, I am sure you will stop for photos on it come the big day, and the flowers are so pretty, the colour sound lovely.

Too bad that I'm not getting married yet... That is such a georgeous dress... ;)
