Never had this happen before. Kind of a mid week crisis I guess. Anyone ever had this happen to them? weekly cycles? Just curious. Jimitrex |

Title: Re: Weird Post by Redd on Apr 10th, 2008, 11:03am Before I was Dx, thats how my life was for years. Couple days "on" couple days "off", week after week after month after year. Knowing a little more about this condition now, I can look back and see that the times the beast morphed is what drove me back to the Doctors office only to get once again mis-diagnosed, (and stupid me,) I ate up everything they told me. So I wouldn't call it too weird. Just another morphing of the way the beast chooses to manifest itself. |

Title: Re: Weird Post by artonio7 on Apr 10th, 2008, 2:03pm For the last several weeks I have only been getting maybe a short lived K2-3 once every two weeks, quickly aborted with a few deep breaths of O2. In addition my racing thoughts have all but disappeared and my depression is nowhere near as bad as it was. As you all seem to have experienced on one level or another... this beast changes often for no apparent reason. I wish I could say that it is a result of a new diet (low saturated fats, lots of fresh veggies and fruits, legumes, nuts, tons of whole grain, tons of fish and vitamin supplements.) but I will not. I just know that since I've modified my diet and some behaviors I feel remarkably better. I'm also meditating more often and consciously work at clearing my mind of the constant background chatter of unnecessary thought. I also stopped identifying myself as a sufferer of Cluster Headaches. CH is something that happens every now and again with me some times more often than others. I will not give CH and the pain anymore of my time and energy than it already has taken. I do believe however that supporting others is a magnificent substitute for dwelling on the misery. You guys are the best and you have helped me to realize that suffering is nothing compared to supporting!!! (YOU ROCK) ooops sorry Jimmers I didn't mean to hijack your thread... please forgive me. with warm regards, Tony |

Title: Re: Weird Post by Annette on Apr 10th, 2008, 5:21pm Blame it on your hypothalamajingie ... its confused maybe ? Whatever it is, sending you strong vibes and painfree wishes. Have you tried tearing the Wednesday and Thursday pages from the calendar? That may fool the beast into a long holidays ... :) |
