Well, it's spring and the Easter season is upon us.

All our little ones are ready to go out and hunt Easter Eggs. Everyone has their "white" shoes out now that it's spring and a new Easter bonnet for church Sunday.

Granny is sitting here getting ready for the BIG Easter Egg hunt in Linden TX. Got her "Bunny" suit all aired out and will be the Easter Bunny this year. We're hiding about 500 or so eggs (some with prizes in them).

So I wish each of you a happy Easter and a happy day with your family.

I'm sure it's not the first time you've been the Easter Bunny Girl Barb! I think it's lovely, I would truly love to go with my kids, we don't do stuff like that here and when I've seen it on flims I've always so wanted that experience for them.

One day :)

One nice thing about my older two is that they are quite happy to still be kids. They won't feel it's beneath them to enjoy an expereence like that even if they just helped out with littler kids finding eggs. I'm quite proud of them for that.

Of course Jasper would eat the third world deficit in chocolate given five minutes and a free rein but he IS only six! ;;D

The only reason my shoes are white is cuz they are COVERED WITH SNOW!!!!

Barb, that sounds lots of fun! :) Have a wonderful time!

Back in here, we don't do egg hunt either. Kids do get Easter egg or three, but there's no hunt involved.

Finnish kids do dress up as witches and go door to door saying a Easter poem and give a decorated twitch to the people. And they will get candy, cookies or money as their reward. This takes place on Palm Sunday, which was March 16th this year.
