March marks coolest anniverary, three years....Heeehaaaaa without a full blown episode. I am so happy I could just.... This is after many a year of constant episodic demon duels. When the shadow shows, I have been sucessful, finally with something that works for me.
My point is simple, something will work, eventually. I dont give a rats atoullie what it is. With hope you will find it. Never give up ever.

John deserted us Jeff and moved to Montany where he now whiles away his hours sittin and a-whittelin on his front porch, smokin that corn-cob pipe.

I however am still in Redding,  as is Kathy...so come on up.
