in an attempt to relax........... i'm laying on the table, doing a good job of relaxing, when the massage therapist comes in and starts to work on me........she then says, "how long have you had than nose ring?"(i have a little diamond i got last year for my 50th b'day).i said 8 mths, why? she says, "WELL, IT PROBABLY IS THE REASON FOR YOUR CLUSTER HEADACHES! HUH? i SAY ."WELL SHE SAYS THERE ARE SO MANY CHANNELS IN YOUR BODY AND THAT COULD BE CHANNELLING YOUR HEADACHES!!!" ok, deb calm down..............i say i dont believe it has anything to do with it......just be quiet and work on my tension!!!!!!!!!!! DID I EVEN ASK FOR YOUR OPINION!!!!! the things that people say! gotta laff about it................

Unbelievable...........amazing how many experts on clusterheadaches are out there. Should have asked her where she got her medical degreee.....

I would have been unable to relax after that. >:(

well, couldnt ask for money back since son had given me gift certificate.................i actually did real well in dismissing her damn ignorance, and wont be a chance in hell i would go back to her! she's right up there with the woman who told me to have a colon cleansing!!!!LMAO

Whilst I don't have nose a piercing I do pick my nose a lot, could be blocking my channels...........I've had dumber theories!!!!! ;;D

Pat, u must not have heard. Basements are the cause of cluster headaches. If you buy a house with no basement, no more clusters!!!

hahahahaha ....ROFL>>>jimmers!!! funny u should mention that.......liitle bit on me...i am a 50yr old woman who loves men, tho i have short hair and a nose ring.............i believe she may have "kinda liked me" if you know what i mean!!!! going back to my regular massage therapist next time i want a massage!!!! i did have a PF nite last night, with the damn nose ring in!!!!!!

No Deb -- stupid people are EVERYWHERE - just everywhere.

A few years back, I was in the pits of a BAD cycle and tried to get an IRS audit rescheduled because I was not able to make sense about that time. The auditor refused to reschedule and I had to have someone "drive" me over there for it. She got real cute with me and told me I just needed to soak my feet in hot water - that's what "her" son did. I got hit during the audit and told her we HAD to reschedule (I was at about a 9) and she got really cute about it and said the "wrong" thing.

I threw a file at her and told her to do her damnest that I was leaving and going home and get her FIRED! I did and she's no longer with the IRS.

So I'll soak my feet and you take out your nose ring and we'll be CURED!!! It's just that simple - don't know why someone hasn't told us about this sooner!!!! :D Oh well, I'm off to blow my nose now....
