Getting ready for acting class now, and i just remembered something that happened in last weeks class.........i was "attempting" to explain what CH is and this girl piped in with........."you know, you really should try a COLON CLEASNSING", I THINK IT WILL TAKE AWAY ALL YOUR PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!".ya ok, wateva..............i am armed to cleanse her colon 2nite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hope i made some laff, or maybe i just stupid & it works!!!!!!!!!!!LMAO

Well I foolishly bought one of those street tacos from a vendor in Tijuana one time, with extra guacamole..........the subsequent colon cleansing I received as a result of that culinary disaster, while refreshing in a sense, did not result in an end of my CH. ;)

From the for what it's worth department...I'll stick with my 02!

that actually IS listed in a medical book written by so-called doctors as a means of "naturally curing" ch. go figure.

Colon cleansing has been around for more than a century. I can't say that it's appealing or of any benefit whatsoever but as you say; if it would clue clusters, we'd chew on asphalt.

Our good friend j morgan from South Africa not only cleansed his body form all types of (unspecified) toxins with the help of "natural stuff", but colon cleansing was in his repertoire too. Apparently this cured his CH, at least I haven't seen him posting in a long time.
If your faith in the hypes of the health scammers is strong enough, you can even get rid of CH.... ::)

I suffered with Diverticulitus for years. Annual colonoscopies, many invasive investigations of my nether regions were all preceeded with a healthy colon clensing. It all culminated with the removal of 18" of my decending colon in 2000.

None of this ever did anything for my CH.

Don't clean our your colon kids. Those "cleanings" wipe out mostly good stuff that is supposed to be residing in the thing. It's an unhealthy thing to do.
