Okay, so I didn't want to think about this after seeing the story last night. But, being the bathroom cleaner in my household, my mind went to ...... well you know where it went.... How were thy cleaning that little toilet? Obviously they weren't, so again, my mind starts to go where it shouldn't.

I saw this story this morning! I am still left speechless by it...

Why would anyone choose to stay in a bathroom for 2 years?

Boomer - have to agree with you about the cleaning... And not only that - there were 2 of them living there. Where has he been relieving himself? Outside? In the sink?

I knew a guy who would watch the pool hall where I'd practice. (Hi Linda  8)   [smiley=wave.gif])

Anyway, he had to use the restroom. So, I watched the tables, and after two hours (I wasn't really paying attention), he knocked on the door. A couple of guys opened it, and there he sat on the throne, his legs had fallen asleep, and he couldn't get  up.

Than he couldn't walk. That's as far as I'm going with this...

You can tell she has had a desk job for the last 20 years.
I do too, but I get up amd move around, and lift heavy stuff, and climb 2 flights of stairs to my office several times a day.

Maybe i'm just too analytical, but how come help wasn't called?  I mean 2 years.  Now that's just crazy...what about infection, how did she eat, they brought the food to her? So she did EVERYTHING on there?  Sleep, etc.

The story is she spent 2 years in the bathroom but not the entire time on the toilet. She developed agoraphobia and wouldn't come out.

Wish my ex would have developed it. We might still be married. Just shovel her in a sandmich now and then.

Last I heard they where checking to see if they where going to press charges against the Boyfriend for not calling for help.  That if she had developed a mental condition that he was criminally negligent by not getting her assistance.

Now onto the other part.  She had to have stayed for quite a long time on the toilet, for her skin to grow around the toilet seat.

And Chewy there are not words that describe you sometimes.  ::)

This is just one of those stories that the media loves..Hell, it got all the way to Finland.  He won't be charged with anything is my bet...but he'll probably be spending some time in a lovely white jacket himself.
