I've just noticed your ticker about having given up smoking.. WELL DONE!!

16 days is fantastic, is it getting any easier yet?

ive recently given up (2weeks on sunday) its easier when u know smoke triggers u!!!!

Thanks everyone

To tell the truth it has not been hard at all this time ( gave up for 5 years before) I think Ijust picked the right time and was ready to do it.

I have now had more support and words of encouragement than I have had from all my family put togeather.

Strange really, they all liked to moan at me for smoking, how bad for my health it was, how much it stinks , what a waste of money, yackty yacky yack but when I give up I get very little responce. Par for course really.

The ticker was for me, I get a bit of a buz from seeing the days build up, Yeah me.

smoking was never a trigger for me, but it was still time to stop.
