Title: Kerboom. Post by George_J on Feb 20th, 2008, 12:24pm While looking around on Liveleak to see if there were any more videos of the big fireball that lit up the Pacific Northwest on Tuesday morning ( http://www.kptv.com/news/15340521/detail.html ) I ran across this stunning CG animation of the effects that a planetoid-sized asteroid would have if it struck the earth. Just another Ragnorak to fret about. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=a87_1198833781 Best, George |
