Post by Melissa on Feb 14th, 2008, 6:05pm
I had 2 pieces of fried chicken, some chocolate cake and a huge hunk of fresh pineapple.

In fact, I ate so much pineapple I think I'm going to float away. :-/

BRB, NEED MORE PINEAPPLE!!

Plain cabbage.  No dressing, uncooked.

Jason cooked spaghetti for us last night and also brought me a dozen roses and a box of chocolates for our first Valentine's Day together.  Tonight he has to work, so I'm all by myself!  I'm reheating some pizza from the other day, I think!  Then topping it off with a chocolate or two. :)

Ribeyes on the grill (brb, gotta start the fire, jimbo laid it before he went to his fire meeting), jimbo's is medium-well and  mine is rare (if it don't moo when I stick  a fork in it, it's done) and steamed vegetables and bread for Jimbo (none for me).

Just making some pork chops and broccoli tonight.  Probably some pasta of some sort.

Once we get our tax return Shaun and I will go out and let Grandma watch the kids.

After talking my wife out of eating with the crowds I made the following for valentines day dinner.

Twin lobster tails
1 Lb of King Crab
KC Strip
Twice Baked Potato
Salad
Dinner rolls
Chocolate Cake with cherry sauce
Bottle of Zin

"He Scores!"

The tails here in the KC Metro Area are pitiful compared to that monster jonny showed us the other day.

Hey jonny -- do you ship?????

Tonight it was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. One of my all-time favorite meals. I'm so pedestrian.
