There will be no Republican in this years presidential election. WTF? McCain/Romney 08? I guess that's better than McCain/Huckabee.

Unfortunately the other camp was able to make sure his message was covered up with a "He's a Mormon" smoke screen.

I don't think we've seen that last of him.

I think he would have done our economy a world of good. He also understands that the demolition of the family unit has been a big part of our economic downfall. (not to mention our hedonistic image around the world)

didnt he problem solve some serious fiscal difficulties during the Utah Olympics?

I think the whole system needs to be different. Ousting the incumbents and their HUGE retirement entitlements would be a start. Since when did "public service" mean guaranteed retirement and benefits. At least in the private sector you have to EARN benenfits like that. Anyone hear of Term Limits? If change is indeed what we need there is a need of new blood and trying of new ideas.
Some of these proceedures are the way it's been done for years and let's face it, America is bigger and things have changed. The electoral college is out dated due to our ability to count votes real time. Electronic voting and the communication age has made electoral college obsolete. Maybe more people would get involved if they felt their vote counted.

Now that I'm all worked up...lol! GET this, we have volunteer army and an overpaid congress......does this make any sense?
