I can't help but think the league has been lax because it brought ratings up to expand and higher individual stats but also higher contracts and higher prices. Now though for the withdrawal time and reality once again, I hope.
While it did the owners and league good, all was just rumblings. Now that there is much accumulated backlash it seems the league was too slow to address it, but of course much after it has disrepaired sports for a buck.
