I know tht I very rarelly post and twice in one night no less.
But I want you to let others know what CH.com has done for you
On a personal note I hate talking about my self but..
CH was a life line I wouldn't be here if it was not for you guys, you pulled me up when I didn't think it was worth it.
I also found some great friends and most of all My soul mate.
Please let others know what they have done for you, let them know how much they mean to you.
Some times helping someone is the only thing that gets us thru, and those who have helped ppl need to know it. You can PM them it doesn't need to be a pat on the back for all to see, it is just nice to know that we matter.

C.H. com is to me...

An Angel's light shining through the darkest depths of Hell.
Support and understanding when there is none elsewhere to be found.
A home when the home is helpless.
A begining to healing the "heart Pain" .
Hope when hoplessness reared its ugly head.

and most of all...

A Renewal of Life, when life was Overdue and ready to Check Out.

Always was and always will be hopefully for you if not for me.

Family.

Not the one I was born to, nor even the one I chose, but the one I can go to where the people are like me.

Even though I live in one of the most remote (American) outposts of CH.com, and I've never yet met one of you in person, there's always someone here to provide a touchstone to an aspect of myself that few people--even the ones I love--can really comprehend.

I went a lot of years alone with this thing, learning to fight it, learning to survive it, learning to keep it in its place....

But I'm not alone with it anymore. You are my brothers and sisters, and my brave companions.

It's a place where I found acceptance, understanding, compassion and love. I've met some truly wonderful people here. Ch.com not only saved my life but enriched it.

Ch.com is to me the tangible evidence of the blessing that CH has been in my life.

When I thought it wasn't worth it anymore, when the fight was too much to fight, when I was lonely and alone, when I was too tired to hang on, ch.com gave me back the fight, proved time and again that I was not ever alone and only I controlled if I chose to be lonely in this place, and gave me the knot in the end of the rope and the strength of the universe to keep hanging on.

CH is a terrible thing, but without it my life would be much less than it is today. Without finding ch.com I wouldn't know my best friends. You can't know love without hate, you can't know heat without cold - ch.com is the love and the warmth that CH tries so hard to take from us.

With this place and the people in it, no sufferer ever need be alone, and no supporter ever feel as if they are the only one to witness the suffering. ch.com gives equally to those who suffer ch and those who suffer the pain of us having ch.

Thank you DJ for giving us the only place there is to find optimism, love, hope and blessings.

my name is coach bill, ive only been here for a few days, and the things i have learned have been amazing, 1st of all the info from the people was priceless, because im still learning about all this new medicene, and self ways to try to ease the pain of a cluster, and ive had a few boo- hoo moments as well, but ive been quickly snaped out of them by the people who are teaching me the most about why i need to be here, i fought this stuff with no info, and hardly nothing more than a handful of expired zomig. now i will always be here. learning and helping if i can cause now i do know im not crazy, and im not alone. thanks C.H.COM coach bill.

I don't even remember where I heard the term "cluster headaches", but when I saw my son going into another cycle, I looked for cluster headaches on the internet and I found this place.

As a mother knowing what pain my son is in, over and over without end, I will be forever thankful to DJ for starting this site, because it was here that my son John found his answer to an abortive.
