Title: BuckKnives.com Post by Melissa on Jan 14th, 2008, 10:48am Don't know who remembers when I posted about ordering Jesse a custom Buck Knife for our 10th anniversary this Jan. 30th, but I have to tell you something. I ordered it on Dec. 7th, which I thought was enough time for it to be made and delivered before our anniversary. I wrote today to find out if it had been shipped yet and this is the response I got... Quote:
After sitting here here in tears for a bit, I then wrote this back... Quote:
well wouldn't you know it, this is what I got back!!! :D Quote:
Can you believe it??? There IS a company out there that cares!!! I wrote him back thanking him up and down and said I'd let all my friends and family know what a great company this is. So I'm doing it now! ;;D :D ;;D :D ;;D :D ;;D |

Title: Re: BuckKnives.com Post by LeLimey on Jan 14th, 2008, 11:02am That's lovely ;;D You know what? If ever I want a knife (and please don't let me buy one now LOL) I will definitely order via them. What a refreshing story of customer service in this day and age of "give us your money and STFU"!! Thank you for sharing it, nice stories always make us all smile Helen x |

Title: Re: BuckKnives.com Post by Callico on Jan 14th, 2008, 9:40pm Now you know the major reason they are such a strong company when so many of the other famous names are either out of business, or have been bought out by overseas companies and don't do custom work anymore. Buck Knives is a great company. Appreciate you sharing your experience with them here. Jerry |
