Our offer on a home in Middleton, WI was accepted tonight and we will close on our new house on 1/25. We will move out of our current house around the 2/12 and it will be ready to show on 2/15.  I can't wait.  We are downsizing now that all the kids are out from a 5 bedroom to a 2 bedroom.  I may be without an internet connection the week of 2/15 and the week after.  So don't worry.

Great for you Karla.  :)  Downsizing is reasonable, I don't like any more house than I can take care of myself.  Best of luck on selling the big one, a nice fuller family will be happy with it.
