It took 3 years before they would ALLOW me to pay their high interest rates. That's it. I'm moving to the Carribean. ;;D |

Then, again, at 10 days after that, they would send me a notice of late fees assessed. Even with a conf #, proving the pymt had been made, they worked soo hard to penalize us and line their pockets! The applicant must have an IRS Taxpayer code (which is not the same as a Social Security Number) or he or she must have a checking account with Bank of America with no overdrafts and a balance maintained at the amount of the credit line. This, in the business, is considered a Secured Credit Card. So before all of you red blooded Americans go off on how all the illegals are going to steal all your money using this particular tool, realize that there are controls in place as to who can apply and how they may use the product. Many of your own neighbors may have had to use a "Secured Card" to establish their credit after a divorce or a bankruptcy.
