A patrol officer spots a guy in a Beemer doing 50 in a 35, and pulls him over.

The guy's a total jerk--begins shouting at the cop before he can even ask for his license and registration. The ticket book comes out, of course. This makes the guy even angrier, and he begins to make comments about the cop's mother, his wife, and then suggests an anatomical impossibility.

The cop says nothing and finishes writing. He scribbles the letters " A.H. " on the bottom right-hand corner of the ticket, underlines it twice, and hands it to the guy.

"What does ' A. H. ' mean?" the guy asks.

"That means I think you're an a$$hole," says the cop. "If this ends up in court, I want to remember who you are."

Sure enough, the guy fights the ticket, and the whole thing ends up in court a few months later.

The patrol officer is called to the stand, and the defense attorney asks,

"Is this your writing on the traffic citation given to my client?"

"Yes."

"And did you write the letters " A. H. " on the bottom right hand corner of this citation?"

"Yes, I did."

"And did you underline it twice?"

"Yes."

"Can you tell me what the letters " A. H. " stand for?

"Sure. They stand for "Aggressive and Hostile."

The defense attorney turns to the jury, and asks,

"Are you sure that it doesn't mean that my client is an "a$$hole"?

"Counselor", says the cop, "I'm sure you know your client better than I do."

At our court , the old officers will make a little circle with a dot at the bottom of the court copy. Almost every time that person comes in to speak about his ticket, the officer had him pegged 100%.
