Title: Olympic Gold Performance Post by burnt-toast on Aug 18th, 2006, 8:30am Two wrestlers were preparing to square off for Olympic Gold and the blue team trainer reminded his wrestler, “Don't forget the research we've done on this guy. He's never lost a match because of that 'Pretzel' hold he uses. Whatever you do don't let him get you in that hold! If he does, you're finished!" The wrestler nodded in acknowledgment. As the match started, the wrestlers circled each other, looking for openings. Suddenly, following a single lunge the blue team wrestler was hopelessly wrapped in the dreaded pretzel hold. A sigh of disappointment rose from the crowd and the trainer buried his face in his hands. He knew all was lost and couldn't watch the inevitable. Suddenly, there was a scream and cheers from the crowd. The trainer raised his eyes just in time to see the red team wrestler fly into the air, land on his back with a thud and his wrestler pin his opponent to win the match. The trainer was astounded. When he finally got his wrestler alone, he asked, "How did you ever get out of that hold? No one has ever escaped from it!" The wrestler answered, "well, I was ready to give up but at the last moment, I opened my eyes and saw a pair of testicles right in front of my face. With nothing to lose, I stretched out my neck and bit those babies as hard as I could." “But that’s grounds for disqualification.” Said the trainer. “Didn’t the referee see you do it?” ”Oh, he saw everything.” The wrestler continued. “After the match he even told me how amazed he was by the strength someone gains after biting their own testicles”. |
