Title: OUCH RAFFLE Post by Elaine on Sep 7th, 2003, 10:06pm I am chair of the OUCH fundraising committee and we have come up with having a raffle. We will be Raffling off an Olympus Digital Camera D 390! http://www.bsless.com/olyd390.html I have 20000 Tickets! First place gets the Camera, second place gets a OUCH T-Shirt, Third place gets a OUCH coffee cup. The person that sells the most tickets gets a $50 gift certificate to Wal - Mart! Here is how the raffle will work. If you want to sell tickets you email me and let me know how many tickets you want. You send me the money up front for the tickets. This can be paid by paypal or check or money order. I will email you with the paypal info. When I get the money I will send you the tickets. I will keep track of who gets what numbers and how many you get, then you sell them to your friends and family. You pay yourself back the money you get from them. Then when you have all the ticket sold you mail me back the second part of the ticket with the persons name address and phone number on the back. The raffle will run from today till Dec. 1.2003. I must have the tickets back by Dec 1. On Dec 5th I will take all the tickets in a box to the bank and video tape a notary picking the winning tickets. Then on the following Monday all gifts will be shipped out and people should receive them just in time for Christmas. All money collected will go to O.U.C.H. USA less cost of some prizes and paypal charges. The people on the Fundraising Committee can sell the tickets but they can not buy a ticket for themselves. They are eligible to win the $50 gift Certificate for the most tickets sold if they sell the most tickets. If some of you don't have money right now and you want to try and sale these tickets to your friends and family. Email me how many you want and I will send you some tickets and you can send me the money after you sale them, along with the second part of the ticket with the peoples name and address and phone number on it. As long as I get the money and the tickets back by Dec. 1st! What ya got to lose a couple of stamps is all! Remember the one that sales the most gets a $50 gift certificate to Wal Mart everyone can use Christmas money! |
